Blokes BBQ

  Friday all the guys headed down to Yatton park for a BBQ,  and games. We spent most of the day there and had so much fun. A fantastic way to end a good week.

 Today I am lucky enough to see a birds nest with four eggs 🥚 in it.

 I am enjoying learning about insects 🐜 today in nature studies. I love the countdown app where I can turn myself into an insect!

Sweet smell

An act of kindness

I helped to make a beautiful floral arrangement in floristry that i delivered to the local hospice to thank them for all of their good work. 

Camping at the centre

 i really enjoyed helping to put a tent up today!

Floristry

Today in floristry we made made posies using flowers and grasses from the sand dunes. It was fun. 

 

Pass the parcel.

 Today was Alissas birthday, she brought in pass the larcel. We sat in a circle and I was the lucky last so I wanted prize, a notebook! 

Mask madness

 I've began painting my African  mask today, I've chosen  bright blue!

Muppets in music

 I really enjoyed playing the drums and the ukelele to ‘the Muppets’ in music today!

Flowers 💐

 today I wrapped beautiful flowers up in ribbons. I am happy to be bringing them home 🏠 

Rose Gardens

I went on a nice outing to the Rose gardens and went inside the hot house where all the Orchids, bromilliads and Succulents are. I saw a plant that has big tubes hanging down that trap insects!!

BBQ at Tye Park

  today we had a blast at Tye Park, with a sausage sizzle and games! My favourite part was Tasting the sausages and playing pentanque!

The dodo

I achieved my goal of learning about the extinct dodo bird 🐦 today. The dodo was a large flightless bird who was hunted to extinction for food.

Hiking

I am going on a virtual hike today in my sensory session. Beautiful views at every turn!

Paw prints

 I achieved my goal today - we finished learning about wild cats: lions, tigers, leopards and cheetah.

Roar! 🐯

  I am busy learning about tigers during nature studies. I enjoyed watching a video about them and looking at tiger facts in a book 📚

Robots

I am having a good time today learning about robots 🤖 in guys group.

Flower Arranging

I enjoyed making a flower arrangement today during floristry. I also wore a leaf crown.

Researching the Gold coast

In computers today I looked at cool adventures to have around the Gold Coast and looked at the Sea life, the coral reef and the theme park SeaWorld. I then looked at Movie world and thought the stunt driver show was a hoot!

Bird seed feeder

i had a great time checking on my bird seed feeder I made. It had all been eaten.

Singing to Glen Campbell

today in my music session I started practising another song for a talent quest later this year. I'm going to be a rhinestone cowboy.

Art and craft

This morning I made a bird seed feeder, and we hang in them in the tree in our garden. I’m looking forward to maybe watching some birds come and feed off it!
