Sensory Dance Performance

 Recently I went to Baycourt Theatre in the Tauranga CDB. I was lucky to see KJ Dance Studio put on an inclusive show with a sensory twist. The played Music and through dance told stories. There were dancers of all age groups from the school and I heard a few classical numbers and music from the 60'70's 80's and 90's that I recognized. as well as some of the costumes from those years too. My eyes were glued to the stage and I couldn't look away!

 Today I saw the mount from minden lookout

Potato salad

 In cooling we used celery and herbs from our garden to jazz up a potato salad. We cut potatoes up very small and cooked them until just soft. it was so delicious. 

Casalani lane

At the lakes is a really cool park on Casalani lane. it is by the lake and has a really cool park with a flying fox and a swing bridge. I wasn't too keen on too much excitement but I loved the view and took it all in as I giggled at the antics of my friends.

 Today we visited the katikati museum and we got to experience school in the 1900s and bake scones on a cast iron griddle.
